If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’ve been around for 14 years and are currently a team of twenty, mostly software engineers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares our excitement for building great solutions and growing together as a team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are an experienced PHP and JavaScript developer.
- Are comfortable working with either Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) or WordPress, or both.
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior colleagues to help them thrive.
- Have an open mind and a flexible approach to work.
- Enjoy collaborating within a team, as well as taking ownership of tasks when needed.
- Are eager to contribute to the smooth running of projects, from planning to delivery.
- Implementing front-end components based on Figma, XD or Photoshop designs.
Desirable Skills (but not essential – we’re happy to help you learn!):
- Have a strong understanding of MySQL, or a similar relational database.
- Adobe Commerce Cloud or Magento Enterprise Edition.
- Working on high-traffic sites, ideally e-commerce.
- React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- API integrations.
- SASS / LESS and Gulp.
- Pipeline deployments.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Magento 2 and WordPress sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand and refine requirements.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in line with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to implementation, extensions/plugins, and integrations.
- Optimise website performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.
