About the role

We are looking to add a dynamic Solution Manager to spearhead our offerings for membership organisations and community platforms. You will have a pivotal role that involves client engagement, product management, and strategic marketing to ensure our solutions consistently exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Client engagement & continuous discovery:
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in the membership sector.
  • Analyse the competitive landscape and gather client feedback for service improvement.
• Marketing & sales:
  • Represent BrightMinded at conferences and networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage content areas on our website and generate marketing materials.
• Product management:
  • Lead the product board and report on product performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify growth opportunities and establish best practices.
• Client & development support:
  • Respond to client and developer inquiries.
  • Together with the rest of the team provide client training.
  • Translate business requirements into development specifications.
