What do I need to sign up?
We need to get an onboarding plan in place for you. So we need to ask you some questions regarding your current membership data and the main pain points you are trying to solve. We will schedule a call with one of our experts to take you through the whole process. Once we have done this, we can plan the migration, decide which modules you will need to subscribe to and let you sign up.
Do you offer any onboarding assistance?
Yes, we plan the data migration from your current setup to Sodalis with you and make sure everything is in place before you go live with Sodalis.
Can we customise the look and feel or the setup?
Sodalis comes with the ability to use your branding (logo, colours, fonts, look and feel) out of the box. Should you wish to include a rebrand or include your own customisations, we can give you a quote for those bespoke adaptations of Sodalis to suit your requirements.
What does a Sodalis subscription cost?
It depends. We offer a core subscription that will fit the needs of smaller membership organizations. We offer several add-on modules that you can subscribe to, like our Sodalis Assistant. Should your requirements go beyond those, we are happy to review them and quote you separately for any bespoke adaptations.
Do you support multi-lingual sites?
Yes, you can subscribe to our multi-lingual module that allows your website and portal to exist and stay in sync in multiple languages. For most of the major languages our module supports automated translations should you wish to use them.
